Terms & Conditions Fall 2025/Winter 2026

Here are the terms and conditions for the training, with payment (deposit or in full), you agree to these terms.

For Teacher Trainings:

The minimum number of students required to run this training is 15. If the minimum is not reached, Nosco Learning has the right to cancel and students signed up will receive a full refund.

Replays of sessions will be available for one year (until February 2027). This is to ensure you engage with the material in a timely manner.

To receive the certification you must attend, or watch all sessions and complete all assigned tasks by March 30, 2025.

Educational content and classes are for the paying participants only. Please do not share content or links with anyone who has not paid for the training.

Any of the teachers providing this training are not to be held liable for any personal injury (physical and/or psychological). By participating in this training, you agree to the risks inherent in a qi gong, yoga and meditation practice.

You understand all sessions will be recorded, which may include your voice and/or face if you attend live.

Refunds are available until November 1, 2025 less a $100 + 10% of what you have paid administrative fee. No refunds available after November 1, 2025 except under extenuating circumstances. Please purchase mindfully.

If you receive a refund, you will not have access to any of the class recordings or the community space.
